ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

Architectural design is both a scientific and artistic process of creating architectural objects that form a spatial environment for human life. Design is based on three basic principles: durability, practicality and beauty. It is these principles that we try to apply in our projects.
Our studio provides services for the development of architectural projects of any complexity for the construction of residential houses and public buildings and structures, using an individual approach to each design object.
You can order project development in the following variants:

The preliminary design includes:
- explanatory note;
- basic technical and economic indicators;
- scheme of the general plan of the project site;
- plans with explication of premises;
- facades with elevations;
- sections
- roof plan.
Architectural and construction section includes "Sketch design" and the following additions:
- structural solutions of the device elements of foundations, walls, floor and roof;
- quantity of materials required for the construction project implementation;
- photorealistic visualisation.

The complete detailed design includes the "Architectural and Construction Section" and the following additions:
- water supply and sewerage section;
- air conditioning and ventilation section;
- electrical engineering section;
- EIA section;
- section of fire alarm system, lightning protection and fire protection;
- cost estimate.

Designs, regardless of the chosen design option, are issued to the customer in hard copy in two copies in person or by mail and electronically to the specified address.
We provide services for drawing up a sketch of building intentions necessary for obtaining a construction passport, we will help in obtaining permits for the start of construction.
The term of project execution is agreed with the customer after determining the complexity and depending on the chosen design option.
